If you currently pay using these methods via Heleket or Cryptomus, please use the BTCPay option at checkout going forward. We are currently investigating reports of degraded network connectivity affecting clients connecting from Latin America and North America to our Switzerland facility. The issue has been identified as originating with one of our upstream transit providers and is not related to our servers, storage, or internal infrastructure.
We have taken immediate action to mitigate the impact and connectivity should have improved. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will re-evaluate our routing configuration in approximately 4 hours.
